We accept Interac e-Transfer and Bitcoin. Detailed payment instructions will be sent to your email after checkout. Currently, we do not accept credit cards or PayPal.

3. How long does shipping take?

We ship exclusively within Canada using Canada Post XpressPost. Orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days after shipping. You’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping times vary based on your location:

4. How is my order packaged?

All orders are shipped in discreet, smell-proof packaging. There is no indication of the contents to ensure your privacy.

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package through Canada Post.

6. What if my package is lost or doesn’t arrive?

If your package is lost during transit (as confirmed by Canada Post), we offer a one-time reshipment of your order. However, if the tracking status shows “Delivered,” we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

7. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $99 (before taxes and after discounts). Orders below this threshold incur a flat shipping fee of $20.

8. What is your refund and return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

9. Are your products legal?

Yes, all products sold on DMT Canada are legal under Canadian law. You must be of legal age in your province or territory to purchase our products.
